On March 17, 2017, five-month-old Caiden Falcon was diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma.

For seven months, Caiden fought his disease surrounded by his family and the love of the many “Crusaders” who followed his journey. Through hospital visits, treatments, and unimaginable challenges, Caiden carried an ever-present smile, one that brought joy to everyone who had the privilege of knowing him and even to those who followed his story from afar.

He was sweet. He was brave. And his quiet strength touched countless lives.

On November 20, 2017, just after his first birthday, Caiden earned his wings.

If you’ve ever lost someone you love, you know the hardest part is going home. It’s the silence. It’s the fear that the memory of someone so deeply loved might fade with time.

The promise that Caiden would never be forgotten is what began Caiden’s Crusaders.

What started as a family’s way of honoring their son has grown into a volunteer-run nonprofit dedicated to supporting families facing childhood cancer. We know firsthand how overwhelming the journey can be emotionally, financially, and practically.

Childhood cancer impacts far more than a diagnosis. Parents may need to step away from work. Siblings navigate fear and uncertainty. Daily life is turned upside down. The weight is heavy, and no family should have to carry it alone.

Caiden’s Crusaders exists to ease that burden wherever we can, providing financial assistance, raising awareness, and surrounding families with compassion and community.

On behalf of our family and all of Caiden’s Crusaders, thank you for helping ensure that Caiden’s light continues to shine through every family we support.
